What kinds of personal information does Seasonic store?

When dealing with our online systems (RMA request, Product registration, customer support chat), you are sometimes asked to share personal information with us. This includes but is not limited to:

  • email address
  • shipping address
  • proof of purchase
  • other contact information

The information you share with us through these systems is only used for the completion your request, for example: your shipping address is only used to send replacement products, and your proof of purchase is only used to confirm the warranty of your product in an RMA procedure. We do not otherwise process your data, or share it with any third parties.


How can I get access to the personal information Seasonic has stored from me?

To submit a Data Access Request, please:

  1. Send an email to privacy@seasonic.com stating that you are requesting your data.
  2. We might ask you more information to verify your identity. If the email address you use is the same you used in our systems, no extra verification is needed.
  3. We will process your request and send you the data as soon as possible but within 1 month from your request.

How can I delete the personal information Seasonic has stored from me?

To submit a Data Deletion Request, please:

  1. Send an email to privacy@seasonic.com stating that you are requesting deletion your data.
  2. We might ask you more information to verify your identity. If the email address you use is the same you used in our systems, no extra verification is needed.
  3. We will process your request and send you the data as soon as possible but within 1 month from your request.
  4. We can only delete personal information that is not required anymore to process your previous support requests.
